Brief Description : Working alongside our experienced manufacturing teams within our factories, apprentices will deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in to a management role.

 

Qualifications Required : As well as being passionate and enthusiastic about manufacturing you must be qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent.
Vacancy Detail : During the programme we will provide experience working across several of our iconic brands with rotations though a number of our Burton Latimer and Corby based factories. You will also have the opportunity to work within various departments within our head office to develop your core business skills.
• Take part in daily performance briefing sessions
• Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Identify manufacturing performance issues and solutions
• Work closely with manufacturing operatives
During the programme we will provide experience working across several of our iconic brands with rotations though a number of our Burton Latimer and Corby based factories.

Working Week : Monday to Friday
Salary : £240.00 Per Week

Future Prospects : On completion of the programme you will achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Business Improvement Techniques. There will also be additional progression routes to further qualifications for the highest performers.
Training to be Provided : NVQ Level 3 in Business Improvement Techniques
Other Information : With effect from April 1st 2018 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship.

For all other Apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
