Qualifications Required : •GCSE English, Maths and IT Grades A-C preferred
•Equivalent Qualifications will be considered
Vacancy Detail : You will provide excellent levels of service delivery to both clients and candidates. You will be learning a diverse range of skills including resourcing, communication, interview techniques, IT as well as the administration involved in day to day running of a fast paced and busy office. You will also play an important part of revenue generation for the business.

Main Responsibilities:
•Prepare job requirements for all new positions
•Be pro-active in attracting new clients and candidates to WCL
•Pro actively canvass positions, by means of following leads both self-generated and those forwarded by colleagues
•Keep information throughout the database up-to-date
•Format CV’s of registered candidates
•Registering new candidate information
•Checking candidates ID, eligibility to work in the UK, qualifications and references
•Welcoming visitors to site
•Answering telephone enquiries
•Maintain and develop WCL social media presence across a several platforms
•Effectively manage client and candidate expectations
•Actively participate in company promotional activities to include client events and conferences
•Active participation in operational reviews
•Any other duties deemed necessary by line management or Directors of the business
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Mon-Thu 09:00-18:00, Fri 09:00-17:00
Salary : £156.00 Per Week

Future Prospects : Possibility of progression or a full time position may be offered on successful completion of your apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided : On line programme learning and development of skills, knowledge and behaviours to cover a range of work place objectives to include:
IT Skills
Project Management
Resource Management
Communication
Marketing and Social Media
Monthly onsite work based assessment carried out by a Tresham assessor and occasional college release if functional skills need to be completed.
Other Information : With effect from April 1st 2018 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship.

For all other Apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
